New functions in Privatbanka Mobile application
In our online banking, we are introducing another innovation for your security and convenience – the new Mobile App authorisation device. It provides you with a new way to authorise your transactions and applications in the desktop version (on your computer), through a mobile application. You will gain easy and secure access to your banking services, as well as a convenient way to confirm payments, sign applications, and make other operations. You can do everything in a simpler, quick, and efficient manner, without the need for any other additional equipment. The new method of authorisation also increases the level of security for your transactions.
The innovation will be available from 11th January 2025 for all clients with the Privatbanka mobile application, version 2.14.0 or higher. (In order to fully enjoy all the new features and benefits offered by this technology we recommend you regularly update the app to its latest version).
Thank you for using our services and we look forward to your feedback.
